Use Case Description
Internal operational notifications sent to the business owner when a new appointment is scheduled. Messages are informational only and contain no personal data.
Opt-In Description
Twilio account is used solely for internal operational notifications. SMS messages are sent only to the business owner for scheduling awareness. No public users are enrolled and no personal data is included

“You are opted in to receive internal account notifications. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Verbal Consent Workflow
I obtain consent verbally from the account owner using the following script:
‘As part of setting up account notifications, I agree to receive internal SMS alerts related to scheduling activity. I understand these are operational alerts and can opt out anytime by replying STOP.”
Verbal Consent Collection Script
To document verbal consent, the following script is used at the time the SMS alert capability is confirmed with the account owner: “As part of setting up internal SMS account notifications, I agree to receive operational alerts about scheduling activity. I understand these alerts may be sent to my phone number and I may opt out at any time by replying STOP.”
